Kaptura App

For the area of replacement parts logistics our newly developed Kaptura App offers innovative possibilities for article identification: By visual search the items already recorded in the IMS 360 are recognized. In addition, the system allows, if desired, spare parts ordering directly from the app and/or the display of further information (stock level, service life, etc.).

Parts can be identified while still in place: This makes it possible to order the spare part first without having to disassemble the system. Even soiled or damaged parts can be identified.

The optical search can be additionally supported by further information. Based on existing data, questions can be displayed to the user in the identification process which further limit the number of parts to be searched.
